Terms & Conditions
1. About Us
Reel Love Stories is a trading name of Family UGC, a sole trader business based in Wiltshire, United Kingdom.

2. Services
We provide wedding and event content creation services, including mobile phone footage and drone footage, delivered digitally. Services may be provided in person and/or remotely, depending on the booking.
3. Bookings & Payment
- A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.
- We reserve the right not to attend or provide services if full payment has not been received by this deadline.
4. Cancellations by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to shannon@familyugc.co.uk.
Refunds are issued as follows:
- More than 2 months before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
- Less than 2 months but more than 7 days before the event: Deposit is non‑refundable; any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Obtaining any necessary permissions from venues or locations.
- Providing a clear schedule and shot list where applicable.
- Ensuring we are informed of any venue restrictions or special requirements in advance.
6. Delivery & Revisions
- Content will be delivered within 48 hours of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
- One revision is included.
- Final content will be stored for 6 months after delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee access to files.
7. Content Ownership & Usage
- The Client owns the final delivered content.
- The Client grants the Service Provider permission to use raw footage and edited highlights for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
- Clients may request in writing that their content not be shared publicly, and this request will be respected.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Venue or location restrictions
- Weather conditions
- Lighting conditions
- Technical failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure to attend or deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including illness, injury, or natural disasters.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative coverage but cannot guarantee availability.
- If no alternative coverage is arranged, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit and any other payments made.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before further legal action is considered
