About Us<\/h3><p>Reel Love Stories is a trading name of\u00a0<strong>Family UGC<\/strong>, a sole trader business based in Wiltshire, United Kingdom.<br \/>For all enquiries, please contact:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:shannon@familyugc.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shannon@familyugc.co.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h3>2. Services<\/h3><p>We provide wedding and event content creation services, including mobile phone footage and drone footage, delivered digitally. Services may be provided in person and\/or remotely, depending on the booking.<\/p><hr \/><h3>3. Bookings &amp; Payment<\/h3><ul><li>A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.<\/li><li>The\u00a0<strong>remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date<\/strong>.<\/li><li>We reserve the right\u00a0<strong>not to attend or provide services<\/strong>\u00a0if full payment has not been received by this deadline.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>4. Cancellations by the Client<\/h3><p>All cancellations must be made\u00a0<strong>in writing via email<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:shannon@familyugc.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shannon@familyugc.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p><p>Refunds are issued as follows:<\/p><ul><li><strong>More than 2 months before the event:<\/strong>\u00a0Full refund of the deposit.<\/li><li><strong>Less than 2 months but more than 7 days before the event:<\/strong>\u00a0Deposit is non\u2011refundable; any remaining balance paid will be refunded.<\/li><li><strong>Less than 7 days before the event:<\/strong>\u00a0No refunds will be issued.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>5. Client Responsibilities<\/h3><p>The Client is responsible for:<\/p><ul><li>Obtaining any necessary permissions from venues or locations.<\/li><li>Providing a clear schedule and shot list where applicable.<\/li><li>Ensuring we are informed of any venue restrictions or special requirements in advance.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>6. Delivery &amp; Revisions<\/h3><ul><li>Content will be delivered\u00a0<strong>within 48 hours of the event<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><li><strong>One revision<\/strong>\u00a0is included.<\/li><li>Final content will be stored for\u00a0<strong>6 months<\/strong>\u00a0after delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee access to files.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>7. Content Ownership &amp; Usage<\/h3><ul><li>The Client owns the final delivered content.<\/li><li>The Client grants the Service Provider permission to use raw footage and edited highlights for\u00a0<strong>portfolio, website, and social media promotion<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Clients may request in writing that their content\u00a0<strong>not be shared publicly<\/strong>, and this request will be respected.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>8. Limitation of Liability<\/h3><p>We are not liable for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Venue or location restrictions<\/li><li>Weather conditions<\/li><li>Lighting conditions<\/li><li>Technical failures<\/li><\/ul><p>Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.<\/p><hr \/><h3>9. Force Majeure<\/h3><p>We shall not be held liable for failure to attend or deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including illness, injury, or natural disasters.<\/p><ul><li>We will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative coverage but cannot guarantee availability.<\/li><li>If no alternative coverage is arranged, a\u00a0<strong>full refund<\/strong>\u00a0will be issued, including the deposit and any other payments made.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>10. Governing Law &amp; Disputes<\/h3><p>These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of the\u00a0<strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>.<br \/>Any disputes shall be resolved through\u00a0<strong>mediation<\/strong>\u00a0before further legal action is considered<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms &amp; Conditions 1.
